Call_for_Papers_2012_RTWG

The Arkansas contingent extends a warm welcome and is making preparations to insure the 34^th RTWG meeting is informative, memorable, and enjoyable for all attending. Please contact Chuck Wilson, local arrangements chair Karen Moldenhauer, or, any of your Arkansas colleagues if you have any questions or suggestions. Additional information on registration, accommodations, transportation, and other functions will be provided in the near future.

Call for Papers
This is a call for papers for the 34^th Rice Technical Working Group Meeting (RTWG) to be held February 27 – March 1, 2012, at the Hot Springs Convention Center, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Papers may be presented orally (i.e., 20 minutes; 15 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion) or as a poster. Your first paper should be an oral presentation. An author is allowed to be on an unlimited number of papers and posters but can only present one or possibly two oral papers, depending upon time. If more than one paper is submitted to be presented orally and time is limited, the author will be notified by the Panel Chair by December 15, 2011, to present the second paper as a poster. Note: All oral presentations will be done using Microsoft Power Point and LCD projectors. Slide projectors will not be available.

Submit an interpretive summary (not to exceed 50 words) with title and author(s), for each proposed presented paper or poster to the appropriate Panel Chair (see enclosed) by November 4, 2011. Submit the corresponding paper or poster abstract as a hard copy and disk to the same Panel Chair by December 1, 2011.
